1. A) HOUSE SYSTEM

The school groups its students into four houses for games, cultural and extracurricular activities.

This is to promote cooperative and healthy competitive spirit among the students and instill in them qualities like leadership, managerial skills, team work spirit and others since their childhood.

1. EXAMINATION
2. All monthly tests/examinations are compulsory.
3. If a student’s fails to appear in an examination, No test/exam will be conducted again.
4. No student will be allowed to sit for the examination if the tuition fee and other charges, if any, are not cleared.
5. All dues for students of all classes should be cleared by January 31st of the year.
6. Scheme of examination, pass and promotion criteria has been given in the report card.
7. In matters of promotion and detention the decision of the Principal is final.
8. At least 75% attendance every month is essential to be eligible to appear in the final examinations.
9. SCHOLARSHIP

The school awards “Late shri llam sing rana memorial scholarship” to its meritorious students.

1. CAREER COUNSELLING

Since various career options are available after 10+2, career counseling centre has been set up in school. This is to give knowledge to students about emerging trends in the field of education, market and industry. The school also makes arrangement of experts from relative fields to give their genuine guidance to student and boost their morale. Students are advised to learn and develop life skills, study skills and decision making process from the counselor.

1. OUTDOOR LEARNING/PICNIC/EXCURSIONS

The school organizes educational tours and visits as a outdoor learning tool to make student aware of India’s rich heritage & culture and rapid transformation in various fields. Student visit important science, business, historical places ans other. This is done under the guidance of teachers as a part of the general educational programme of the school. The school also organizes local picnics regular basis.

1. VIDYA

This is an annual school magazine to stage writing skills of students under expert guidance of their teachers, students should give words to their thoughts and imagination to bring out dormant writes poets or artists in them. Year round activities, achievements and awards also find place in the magazine.

1. SCHOOL TRANSPORT & BUS RULES
2. All students using the school bus must carry bus pass issued by the school and reach 10 minutes before the scheduled time of the bus. The bus will not wait for late comers.
3. Student should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives. No student should come near the entry door of the bus unit it has made a complete stop.
4. When the bus is in motion, students must not move around in the bus and no part of their body should be outside the window.
5. It will be sole responsibility of the parents to escort their child to and from the fixed bus stops. The bus facility is extended to parents at their own risk and responsibility.
6. No student is allowed to eat in the bus. Discarding of food or other waste material either inside or outside the school bus is not permitted.
7. Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting, distracting driver’s attention or any other misconduct/behavior is strictly prohibited.
8. Any damage done to the school bus will be charged from the concerned students (s).
9. Sue to unforeseen circumstances the school can change the routes and bus stops. The school reserves its right to cancel the bus facility.
10. A clear calendar month’s notice should be submitted before withdrawal of a students from bus facility or he/she will have to pay bus charges for the month.
