CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Prohibitions
  2. Students’ beauty lie in their keeping class-rooms and school premises neat and clean and not damaging school property. Any damage to property whether of school or others in the school must be made good.
  3. Students will not scratch/write on desks/walls.
  4. No student will bring mobile phones, transistors, cameras l-pods etc. to the school.
  5. Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is prohibited.
  6. No student will lend borrow money.
  7. No student will collect money for any purpose without permission of the principal.
  8. Students will not wear gold/artificial ornaments (except small silver or gold earrings for girls).
  9. Students must not carry any sharp instruments or any other items of indecent or foul nature to the school.
  10. BEHAVIOUR
  11. Students must greet their teachers and visitors when they meet them. The general behavior of students should be good not only within the school but also outside. They should avoid vulgarity, evil and idle gossip in their behavior. Good manners are sign of their being cultured.
  12. Students should obey house prefect/captains, class monitor and other students on duty.
  13. Juniors should be treated with love and affection, and the juniors should show due respect to their seniors.
  14. Changing of the classrooms in between the periods should be done in silence and in orderly manner.
  15. In the absence of a teacher from a classroom the students are required to observe silence in the class.
  16. No student is allowed to write on the blackboard unless asked to do so by the teacher.
  17. Give helping hand to your family neighbors and companions in the school.
  18. Do everything good for the good name of yourself, your family, school & nation.

C- CLEANL INESS & PERSONAL HYGIENE

  1. Students should maintain personal hygiene. They should cut their nails ans trim their on a regular basis. The students should be neatly dressed in full uniform to the school.
  2. Students should always throw the waste papers and unwanted materials into the dustbins. They will be responsible for cleanliness of their surroundings.
  3. Students should keep themselves healthy, strong & active.

  • On Wednesday and Saturday white dress (shirt, paints, shoes, skirt salwar, kameez) is compulsory for class to class XII.
  • Students must wear their identity cards every day.
  • Students must wear the proper uniform on weekdays.
  • Hair
  • Boys :               Simple cut
  • Girls :               Long hair-two plaits

Short hair-simple shoulder cut, one or

Two pony tails.

  1. E) ATTENDANCE, LEAVE, PUNCTUALITY & REGULARITY
  2. Student must reach the school at least five minutes before the school timings.
  3. It is compulsory to attend the morning assembly.
  4. Leave application duly signed by the parent must be submitted on the same day or the next working day. There must be reason for absence in the leave application. Leave application on medical ground should be supported by a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
  5. At least 75% attendance every moth is essential to be eligible to appear in the final examinations.
  6. Half day leave is permitted to a student only in case of emergency. Only parents/guardians can take the child with due permission of the principal in such case.
  7. Attendance on the last day of the school before vacation and first day of the school after vacation is essential.
  8. If if a student absents himself/herself from the school without intimation/permission for 6 consecutive school working days, his/her name is liable to be stuck off the school rolls.
  9. Students should bring their text books, note books, diary and other necessary articles as per day’s time-table on regular basis.

F EXPULSION RUSTICATION DISCIPLINARY ACTION

  1. Honesty, cleanliness, good manners and health are demanded of each student and anyone not confirming to the school ideals in these matters may after consultation with his/her parents will be asked to leave.
  2. Immorality, grave subordination, contempt of authority or using of narcotics, drugs or other intoxicants are always reasons for dismissal.
  3. The school authorities take sever disciplinary action against the students who-

Disobey rules of the school, bunk the school/classes and tell lies, use bad language, indulge themselves in violence or misconduct in any form in or outside the school, damage school property, eat pan masala, betel leaf, chewing gum etc. or carry sharp instruments/items of indecent/foul nature to the school.

G.FINE CHARGES

  1. Duplicate fee card :               25/-
  2. Duplicate report card                :               50/-
  3. Duplicate school leaving certificate :               50/-
  4. Duplicate bus pass :               30/-
  5. Late fee of Rs. 10/- per day will charge after the due date for payment of the tuition fee.
  6. Any damage done to the school property will have to be made good by the one who causes it.

H.WITHDRAWLS

  1. Parents/guardians should give a clear calendar month’s notice in writing for withdrawal of their ward from the school, failing which one month’s fee will be charged in lieu thereof.
  2. School leaving certificate shall be issued only if all the dues have been cleared.
  3. A duplicate school leaving certificate shall be issued only after submission an application is accompanied by an affidavit by the student (if he/she is a major) or his/her legal guardian ()if (he/she is a minor) to the effect that (a) The original SLC has really been irrecoverably lost. (b) This was the last school attended by the student.
